Dave Enns has been the lead small group pastor at North Coast Church since 2003. North Coast Church is widely recognized as one of the most influential and innovative churches in America. and it is through Dave's leadership that it remains well-known for maintaining over 80% adult participation in weekly home groups. Having been part of helping their ministrv arow from 700 to over 10.000 weekend attenders in a multisite setting, Dave's coaching and training of new and veteran ministry leaders around the country are relevant and valuable, no matter the size or type of ministry they lead. Dave has a Master of Divinity from Bethel Theological Seminary and has served as an adjunct professor at Biola University. Dave and his wife, Koreena, live in San Diego County and, together, have three adult children.
